Taka Kao

Taka is the founder of TABEI and co-founder of the decentralized exchange JOYSO. Since 2020, he has led the N24 ARK．TPE Blockchain Innovation Base to promote blockchain and Web3 adoption. Taka also organizes the annual Taiwan Blockchain Summit. Previously, he managed large-scale data analysis projects at ITRI and advised on technology policies for the Executive Yuan.
