He began his career in field engineering at Teradyne, followed by rigorous academic training in Marketing (University of Exeter) and Finance (Lancaster University) in the UK. Before leading Pi Mobile Technology as CEO, he spent over a decade driving growth at top-tier financial institutions, including CTBC, Cathay Financial Holdings, and Standard Chartered Bank.

Having successfully transitioned from Chief Product Officer to CEO, Shawn possesses a deep understanding of the challenges involved in turning a product vision into a sustainable business.
